2.維 持 並 立 即 更 新 「 登 記 資 料 」 ， 確 保 其 為 正 確 、 真 實 、 最 新 及 完 整 。 若 用 戶 提 供 任 何 錯 誤 、不 實 、 過 時 或 不 完 整 的 資 料 ， 或 者 Party Balloon有 合 理 的 理 由 懷 疑 登 記 資 料 為 錯 誤 、 不 實 、 過 時 或 不 完 整 ，Party Balloon有 權 暫 停 或 終 止 用 戶 的 帳 號 ， 並 拒 絕 用 戶 於 現 在 和 / 或 未 來 使 用 本 網站服 務 之 全 部 或 一 部 份 。

ii). 會 員 賬 號 、 密 碼 及 安 全

iii). 會 員 行 為用 戶 明 訂 理 解 ：

(一) 遵 守 法 律 規 定 及 程 序 ；

(二) 執 行 此 服 務 細 則 及 條 款 ；

(三) 對 第 三 者 的 權 利 侵 犯 的 投 訴 作 出 反 應 時 ； 或

(四) 保 護 PARTY BALLOON、 其 使 用 者 及 公 眾 之 權 利 、 財 產 或 個 人 安 全 時 ，PARTY BALLOON有 權 透 露 有 關 內 容 。

iii) Member’s Behavior You are advised that regardless in public or in private, you should take full responsibility to the ownership of the related content of all information, data, text, software, music, sound, pictures, designs, images, communication media or any other materials (below referred to as "the content" ) communicated by them. Additionally for any services or contents publicized through this website, PARTY BALLOON does not monitor or guarantee their accuracy, the integrity or the quality. You must clearly understand that, when using the website, you may come across unpleasant, indecent or the harmful content.
